We went to Andorra and there was a landslide before our outbound flight. We were not communicated about the flight change effectively and only got an SMS text rather than a call or an email. Also our Rep on our holiday was very unhelpful and would take a while to look into things and didn't give sufficient answers to our queries. The flight back arranged was changed to a very bad flight where we were taken to the wrong airport and had to get a taxi to our correct airport which took ages in travel time. I felt like the communication was so poor during the holiday to what was going on as we had to constantly ask about it and return flight could have been booked sooner to prevent these issues.
We have used Crystal ski before which are fine if there are no issues but when there are actually issues I feel like they don't organise themselves well enough and keep customers informed.
