Transfers were great snow was great, accommodation/food can only be described as extremely poor. Crystal Ski make it extremely hard once you’re home to complain once you’ve managed to do it and fill out all the relevant documentation you don’t even hear back. Do you research before booking with this company especially with the hotel as once you’re there you haven’t got a leg to stand on.

Crystal made the whole experience very easy, allowing us to turn up and ski.

The accommodation was good and the food was amazing. The chef could not have been more helpful with the dietary requirements of one of our party and all the staff were happy and helpful whenever they saw us.

Absolutely fantastic company to book with, booking was so easy and crystal ski, even sent us messages prior to the holiday telling us about the area and the free local buses and gave us ideas of places to visit. Will definitely book with them again for my skiing trips

We went to Andorra and there was a landslide before our outbound flight. We were not communicated about the flight change effectively and only got an SMS text rather than a call or an email. Also our Rep on our holiday was very unhelpful and would take a while to look into things and didn't give sufficient answers to our queries. The flight back arranged was changed to a very bad flight where we were taken to the wrong airport and had to get a taxi to our correct airport which took ages in travel time. I felt like the communication was so poor during the holiday to what was going on as we had to constantly ask about it and return flight could have been booked sooner to prevent these issues.

We have used Crystal ski before which are fine if there are no issues but when there are actually issues I feel like they don't organise themselves well enough and keep customers informed.

A fantastic all-inclusive skiing holiday in Italy from start to finish. Flights and transfers were smooth and stress-free, the hotel room was great, and the food was consistently excellent.
The ski-hire shop was efficient and helpful, and the tour reps were friendly and always on hand if needed.
A really well-organised, enjoyable trip — I’d happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for an active winter break.

Booked this hotel through Crystal.
The hotel is modern with a traditional feel.
Our arrival time was later than expected due to weather conditions at Chambéry Airport.
On arrival we were greeted by Anaïs in reception who spoke English and the greeted by Tom the general manager who also spoke English.
The rooms were clean and tidy with all bedding and towels provided. As someone has previously stated the bathrooms are snug, but functional with plenty of hot water.
The meals were of a good quality even if the choice was somewhat limited.
The entertainment evenings were conducted in French by Medhi, but hey you are in France and when we were there the majority of guests were French, that said Medhi arranged English songs for us on dancing and karaoke nights and it was appreciated by us and the other guests.
As for the bar being rearranged some chairs were moved to accommodate the projector for the entertainment.
Tom even facilitated our use of the TV upstairs to watch the rugby as the entertainment was on downstairs.
During our stay Tom and his team couldn’t do enough for us.
Set outside the main area of Meribel the hotel has easy access to the free ski shuttle bus and is a short walk to the Morrel ski lift.
All in all a great value hotel, we would stay here again.

Arinsal is a great resort, particularly this year with an abundance of snow, However, the transfer from Toulouse is not very pleasant at this time of year and took us about 4.5 hours, a lot longer than it states in the brochure. A more comfortable route is from Barcelona, which we ended up going to on our return journey because the pass between Andorra and France was blocked. Apparently, this happens quite often in the winter, causing chaos!
The Hotel Montane is warm and cosy with good food. It does suffer from the lack of a bar where people can gather for a drink. However, it's location opposite the main lift is excellent. Charging a non refundable 20 euros for use of the ski lockers is a bit tight in my view.

We are going to repeat this holiday later this season.
