Nice comfortable, clean room, Excellent location for the ski bus in the morning - one of the earlier stops so less busy when you get on. Fabulous staff in the Hotel Bel Mont. Reception were lovely and the restaurant staff were wonderful - nothing seemed too much. Food was good - in particular, the lovely buffet salads and delicious soups. Really nice wellness area too. Transfers were smooth. Only criticism was the chaos when we arrived at Verona airport - simply couldn't handle the number of arrivals and it took a long time for the luggage to appear even after spending 45/50 mins getting through customs. All in all a great holiday. First time I've done a package ski holiday in a long time and I'd certainly consider another one.
