I previously ordered from the company and had a good experience with their products. However, during my second order, I found that 3 out of 5 items did not fit and I wanted to return them. I contacted the support team on 23/11/2025 and have followed up politely five times since (today is 06/12/2025), yet I have not received any response. This is disappointing as some of their products are decent for the price, but if returning items is a hassle, it might be better to shop from higher quality brands where returns are easier. Based on this frustrating experience, I will not be making another purchase and hope this review helps others.
