This service is the worst I have ever encountered. They claim to offer returns, but the process is so convoluted that it becomes nearly impossible (they demand a postage receipt within three days and won't accept a prepaid label). Additionally, the package never seems to show as delivered back to the warehouse. After checking in, I was told that all of my seven items were damaged beyond repair (which was completely untrue) and had to be discarded, resulting in a denial of my refund. STAY AWAY!
