Didn’t get what I paid for. Waited the full 12 hours just for the deal to get cancelled with zero explanation. Contacted support and got nothing useful back, just no effort to fix anything.
The item I paid for isn’t even available anymore at the same price, so telling me to “just pick another skin” is honestly ridiculous. That’s not what I paid for.
And then comes the best part: refund takes a minimum of 15 days, but can take up to 45 days. No confirmation, no transaction reference, nothing. Just “come back in 15 days and ask again.” I’ve genuinely never seen a company handle refunds like this.
Customer service doesn’t care, no accountability, no transparency. You’re basically stuck waiting weeks for your own money after their system or seller messes up.
