I’m really impressed with CS.MONEY. The website is smooth, fast, and very convenient to use. Trading skins is simple and secure, and I’ve never had any issues. It’s a trustworthy platform with great offers and a professional system. Highly recommended for anyone who trades CS skins!
Really bad conditions and hiddes fees, if you make a transfer, they have so weird conditions so you can not retrieve the money.
Prices are way higher than other sites and even in their website there are tricks to make you pay at least 10-15% more.
I highly do not recommend this website.
all round good site, explains everything well and use of site is very intuitive. many thanks to Renyan for advertising this site and providing me this user experience i elsewise wouldn't have had
Great service by Shrex,
I had a skin I was withdrawing that wasn't going through correctly and Shrex reassured me that if I waited a little it would work. After about 15 minutes, the trade request popped into my Steam notifications and I got what I was looking for.
You're not gonna get the *best* prices here, but for a quick and easy way to switch skins with a little bit of loss? You can't get better than cs.money. Been using their site for years, since like 2018.

My account was restricted after depositing funds (via crypto) due to AML checks. I fully complied and submitted all requested documents, including proof of income, more than 48 hours ago.
Since then, my funds and skins remain locked with no clear timeline for resolution. Support responses are polite but repetitive, referring to “ongoing review” by analysts/developers without providing written reasons or updates.
Because prices are volatile, the restriction has resulted in financial impact, and there is no clearly stated deposit threshold or post-verification limit on the site.
Based on my experience, I would advise caution when depositing larger amounts, as access to funds may be restricted for an extended period even after full compliance.
Cs money is effective for buying and selling. However, the process requires you to manually set up the deal in the extension. It would be great if they could introduce an automation feature to eliminate the need to click "create the deal" multiple times.
This is an outstanding platform for trading and purchasing CS2 skins. The prices are reasonable, delivery is prompt, and there’s a wide variety of skins to choose from. Additionally, they offer a browser extension that enhances the trading experience, making it more efficient and secure. The support team is available around the clock to assist with any issues that may arise. I strongly encourage giving it a try!
Greetings support team, I reached out via email several days ago regarding my issues, but all I received was a brief message directing me to the chatbot support, which was unable to assist me. How can I connect with a real person who can help resolve my problem? As a teenager making my first trade on a platform, I genuinely need assistance. Thank you, and I look forward to your response. need to warn the community about my current situation with CS.MONEY. They have been holding my money since mid-December and are now giving me the runaround.
Here is exactly what happened:
Dec 15th: I made a deposit (I’ve used the site before with no issues). Suddenly, my account was BANNED.
Verification: Support asked for photos of my credit card and our chat history. I provided everything immediately.
The First Delay: I waited days for unblocking, only to be told they were "waiting for the developers."
Dec 19th: They finally initiated a refund request and told me to wait 7-14 days.
Dec 31st: When I followed up, support claimed the refund was already sent to the bank and told me to wait another 7-14 days for the bank to process it.
Today (Jan 13th): Still NO money and NO refund receipt. When I asked for a transaction ID or ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to check with my bank, they refused to provide it. Instead, they went back to the old excuse: "Waiting for the developers' reply."
The Red Flags:
They claim the money was sent to the bank on Dec 31, yet now they say they are "waiting for developers." If the money was sent, why do developers need to be involved again?
They refuse to provide a simple Transaction ID/ARN, which is standard practice for any legitimate refund.
They keep resetting the "7-14 days" timer to keep me waiting.
I have been without my money for nearly a month. It’s clear they are just stalling. Has anyone else been banned for no reason and struggled to get their deposit back?
It's crucial to be aware that while this service provides various payment methods for topping up your balance, withdrawing funds from skin sales is restricted to a VISA card only. Notably, Mastercard is not accepted here. This is the first instance I've encountered a service with such limitations.
