I were looking for skins, and then i thought i would like to deposit 500 bucks. Then the site decidet to not allow me to buy anything on my acc, cuz of some kind of "fraud" system. The support told me to verify. Then i asked for a refund, he said it would take about 45 days to do it. Then i decidet to verify myself. Now i cant get a hang of the "24/7" support, while the verification on my steam guard will take 15 days for cs.money to "accept" it. Why cant i just buy like on a normal store when i have verified my identety and payment card? Why do the need me to have steam guard? Cuz actually thats none of their business. So now my money has been frozen for 15 days on their site. I would call it some kind of scam on new customers, who has just verified their identety and card holder.
