consigned 12 items with CSD in July 2025. They confirmed that several pieces were sold in August and September and promised payment after the return period. It is now months later, and I have received no payment, no sales report, and no explanation. Every attempt to contact them has been ignored.CSD are holding money that legally belongs to me and have completely failed to honour their own agreement. Their communication is nonexistent, and their behaviour is unacceptable for a company acting as a consignment agent.I have now begun taking formal legal action to recover the funds they owe me, since they refuse to provide even basic accountability. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid consigning anything with CSD.
