Same as everyone says.. What should be a great format, sadly let down by the fact, "YOU WILL NOT GET PAID UNLESS CHASE UP PAYMENTS EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY".. Crazy way to run a business in 2026. Obviously has serious "cash flow issues". Sooner or later be bankrupt, leaving consignees, with nothing. Whoever is in charge, needs to be named and shamed.. Its NOT a legitimate business sadly.
TO THE VICTIMS- It seems that it’s time for all of us to start a collective court claim for being scammed.

Since October 2025 CSD have had at least over 15 of my designer items that I entrusted with them to sell for me.
I have emailed them in early December for an update on sales of my items as some of which are no longer showing on their website which I am assuming have now been sold. I have had no reply from the sales team and have now sent numerous messages via Instagram WhatsApp email.
I am very concerned reading all of these negative reviews stating that they do not pay.
I have been informed by trading standards to take legal action if they do not respond by the end of today.
Update I had to be in sent an email from their “Consignment Team” saying that they have issues with their payment system however considering these negative reviews goes as far back as 2024 it is obviously an ongoing issue they said that they will get the Sales team to contact me however they said this at three weeks ago and I have yet to hear from the Sales team.
I have also spoke spoken to customer services a lady called Sarah and although she was very apologetic, she said that she had no control over payments or updates on which of my items have been sold or not as it is the accounts department that deal with this and she can only send them another email asking them to respond to me….. accounts please contact me Georgina Wood directly to resolve this matter immediately.
Regrettably, this is my second review concerning over £750 owed to me from items sold, some as long as 9 months ago, with no payment received yet. The support team is courteous and friendly, but unfortunately, there has been no advancement in resolving this issue. It's quite frustrating, as this company is otherwise excellent.
Unfortunately, like many others, I am starting to read these reviews far too late, as I have also been waiting months for my payment. Still chasing!Neither did they let me know when my item was sold and for how much.I now feel uncomfortable having given them my account details as they are scammers. Beware!
I consigned 12 items with the company in July 2025. They confirmed that several pieces were sold in August and September, promising payment after the return period. Now, months have passed, and I have received no payment, no sales report, and no explanation. Every attempt to reach out has been ignored. The company is holding funds that rightfully belong to me and has completely failed to uphold their agreement. Their communication is non-existent, and their behavior is unacceptable for a consignment agent. I have started formal legal action to recover the money they owe me, as they refuse to provide even basic accountability. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend others to steer clear of consigning anything with this company.
UPDATE - they responded to my review and paid me. HALF THE AMOUNT I WAS OWED. Their reply is NOT TRUE. I left a haute couture Elie Saab wedding dress two years ago. It was sold on October 23rd, and it has been over a month with no one replying to emails and no payment. I am even more worried after reading reviews of everyone claiming they do not pay sellers.

Although CSD was initially very responsive in the process to obtain my consigned items, as soon as they were in possession of the items this stopped and they became completely unprofessional. I consigned a designer bag over a year ago and despite multiple WhatsApps, emails, and phone calls I cannot get any information about my item. Based on other reviews this seems to be a consistent pattern with the company and so I would advise any potential consignors to go elsewhere.
