They charged me double for mailing and assessed unit rates on a third of my stock to exit, along with charging for over 700 boxes when I only inbounded 500 and sold half. They charged based on unit size for storage rather than carton rates. Their tactics are deliberate; they obscure crucial information, forcing you to manually calculate mailing and storage fees to catch their errors.
