After three years of working with this 3PL, I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with the services provided. They consistently overcharge me weekly, along with fees that their staff cannot explain. Their team lacks experience and professionalism, and they have repeatedly failed to provide a fair and reasonable service. If you are considering a 3PL, I recommend avoiding this one; there are many others that offer better services.
