My experience with this 3PL has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn other small businesses. They charged excessive rates for inbound stock, including a shocking $24 just to bring in a single pallet of 6,000 units. When I chose to part ways, they demanded $0.50 per unit to release my own inventory, leading to a staggering bill of over $4,000. They withheld my stock and locked the doors, refusing to let me speak to anyone, forcing me to involve law enforcement before they finally allowed access. I had no option but to pay to reclaim my inventory as my business was suffering. Even after this ordeal, product exchanges were sent to their warehouse, and they ignored all attempts to communicate regarding the release of that stock. There are numerous hidden fees. They market themselves as “cost-saving,” but they ended up costing my business thousands, causing significant stress, delays, and disruption. If you're a small business owner, steer clear of this company to avoid my mistakes.
