I have not been able to recreate the bug, yet the loss is evident. According to their Terms of Service, losses due to bugs or system errors should be refunded: “If you lose any funds directly due to a bug, or a system error, we will be responsible for returning your funds.” Nonetheless, no resolution has been provided, and communication has been slow, vague, and at times dismissive. After nearly two weeks, I am left without a refund, no thorough investigation, and no timeline. Given this experience, I will not return to this site, will escalate the issue to the relevant authorities, and I hope future users are cautious of the risks. (Also, avoid battling against bots; always compete against players.)
