The site doesn't even require proper verification (just a free-text input field, no real documents or phone number verification needed), yet they treat that as "firm proof" to deny the referral bonuses I'd legitimately earned.
Support responses were scripted, repetitive, rude, and even accused me of lying even though I said I didn't care much about the remaining amount—I just wanted to know the actual reason and see their proof . That's what i ha te the most

According to their Terms of Service, losses due to bugs or system errors should be refunded: “If you lose any funds directly due to a bug, or a system error, we will be responsible for returning your funds.” Nonetheless, no resolution has been provided, and communication has been slow, vague, and at times dismissive. After nearly two weeks, I am left without a refund, no thorough investigation, and no timeline. Given this experience, I will not return to this site, will escalate the issue to the relevant authorities, and I hope future users are cautious of the risks. (Also, avoid battling against bots; always compete against players.)
It's hard to believe I'm facing this issue again. The last 50 matches in 2v2 were filled with losing streaks: starting with a 7-loss streak, followed by a 6-loss streak, and then winning just 2 battles without even recouping my battle costs. I ended up with only 8 wins and 1 shared, resulting in a win rate under 20%. After depositing again, I won one battle and got back my coins, but then lost 3 more. Very disappointing.
