TLDR: I'm disappointed. If you want to choose a site to play gamble for cs2 skin, for fun or whatever reason just remember don't try it.At least other site will give you a free bonus some times for you lost but this site is not .LoL

I've been playing on this site for several years, depositing regularly, betting on matches and playing roulette (and yeah, lost quite a few CS2 skins along the way). I also referred a few coworkers and CS friends who I've played with for a long time—they became active users or played occasionally.
Suddenly, my referral function was blocked without any clear explanation. Support only gave vague accusations like having "solid proof" of matching KYC names or IPs, but provided zero specific evidence. The site doesn't even require proper verification (just a free-text input field, no real documents or phone number verification needed), yet they treat that as "firm proof" to deny the referral bonuses I'd legitimately earned.
Support responses were scripted, repetitive, rude, and even accused me of lying even though I said I didn't care much about the remaining amount—I just wanted to know the actual reason and see their proof . That's what i ha te the most

This site is happy to take your deposits but quick to block accounts with flimsy excuses to avoid payouts. No transparency, no fair treatment. I strongly advise staying away if you want a trustworthy platform. There are better options out there that at least offer occasional bonuses or handle issues properly.

P/S : How the h ell can I know what information my friends filled out during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process =))) ? Gambling with CS skins or in-game items is a grey zone in my country as same as open cs2 case in EU law? it's not legal, but not criminal either . But yes, we usually try to avoid entering as much real information as possible. So, my KYC information isn't real, and the IP address the internet provider gave us isn't static either, but it's solid proof. Haha
