I've been a loyal customer of the service for many years. They recently addressed an issue with my boiler that necessitated shutting it off. Thankfully, they managed to fix it the same day, but I feel that the repair fee of £300 for two hours of work equates to an excessive hourly rate of £150, especially since this was during regular working hours.
