I called the service based on a recommendation and was delighted with my choice. Our boiler had stopped working, and they responded quickly to repair it. Two weeks later, they returned to service the boiler, change some pipework, and install a filter. The engineer was friendly, polite, and tidy, explaining everything he was doing.
