The engineer arrived at 12:17 PM and left at 12:48 PM (as recorded). We were billed £171 including VAT for just 31 minutes of work, which amounts to nearly £340 per hour. While I understand the expertise involved, I find this pricing to be excessive. As loyal customers, we feel the costs have risen to a level that is nearly unaffordable. Additionally, we've always paid promptly but have never been offered an extension on payment terms, perhaps to seven days?
