I expected the same engineer who diagnosed the issue, but a different one arrived, which didn't make sense since the original engineer knew the setup well. I was surprised that hot water was not checked in the shower and kitchen. I discovered two damp plastic sacks in the bathroom afterward. I anticipated paying the engineer, but he mentioned that the service would send an invoice instead. I hope everything is in order, as my boiler is in the loft and I haven't checked it.
