I've been a customer of the service for many years. They recently worked on my boiler and discovered a fault that required it to be turned off. Fortunately, they repaired it on the same day, but I believe the repair charge of £300 for two hours of work reflects an overly high hourly rate of £150, particularly since it occurred during regular working hours.
