Ordered on the 8th of January. On the 20th I received a message that it has been sent out. I started monitoring the tracking number and on the 4th of February, it was still not sent out. I wrote them a message and suddenly they ask to repeat the address even though the correct address was listed in the invoice and the tracking number also corresponded to it. The PC was ordered to a business, but I answered them with my personal name which makes absolutely no difference in the shipping as I also explained to them. They suddenly write me that the shipping address is incorrect. I very strongly believe that it is to avoid the 30 day EU shipping policy. That is terrible behaviour to lie like that.They still told me that in around 5 business days the PC will be prepared and shipped. 8 business days passed and no update. I canceled my order and asked for my money back. No answer and the money has not been sent as my bank does not have any payments pending to confirm. Will update how long it takes to resolve this and adjust the review.
