Reading the reviews, I was a little worried, but my experience buying from CSL Computer turned out to be great!
I purchased my pc and monitor on the 12th of February, it was estimated to be shipped within 9-11 business days and it did! Received everything on the 27th, the pc and monitor were safely packaged and protected.
Everything booted just fine, the pc works amazingly and allows me to run the games I want now, which was my main priority!
Will update if anything comes up, but as of now, I'm 100% satisfied

Ordered on the 8th of January. On the 20th I received a message that it has been sent out. I started monitoring the tracking number and on the 4th of February, it was still not sent out. I wrote them a message and suddenly they ask to repeat the address even though the correct address was listed in the invoice and the tracking number also corresponded to it. The PC was ordered to a business, but I answered them with my personal name which makes absolutely no difference in the shipping as I also explained to them. They suddenly write me that the shipping address is incorrect. I very strongly believe that it is to avoid the 30 day EU shipping policy. That is terrible behaviour to lie like that.They still told me that in around 5 business days the PC will be prepared and shipped. 8 business days passed and no update. I canceled my order and asked for my money back. No answer and the money has not been sent as my bank does not have any payments pending to confirm. Will update how long it takes to resolve this and adjust the review.
RAM and Delay IssuesPC ordered on December 17, 2025.Received on January 24, 2026 (without precise tracking information from the carrier; the PC, valued at over €2200, was left outside our door while we were out).No compensation was offered for this delay (10 business days were stated at the time of ordering).Another issue: the two RAM modules installed are not identical, with different part numbers.They are also different colors (one gray, one copper).These are standard modules, moreover, for a gaming PC (case with transparent windows, RGB fan).While replacement RAM modules are now available for purchase, and I want the "standard" modules for this PC (Kingston Fury Beast black RGB 2x16GB), support is telling me I have to pay a difference, in addition to the days it would take for the exchange (with no guarantee on the delivery time). This is my second PC purchased from CSL...if the situation remains like this, it will undoubtedly be the last.Edit : I change my note to 1 Star. The support doesn't even offer to replace the RAM, i apparently misread them. I purchased a PC from CSL Computer, but after taking the time to read customer reviews, I decided to cancel my order. The cancellation has been communicated, however I am still waiting for the refund to be transferred back to my account.That said, I want to be fair. Their customer service has been responsive, and they reply relatively quickly to emails. Communication has been clear and active, which I do appreciate.For now, I hold the company in high regard and assume that the refund process will be completed correctly and as soon as possible. Once the refund has been finalized, my overall experience will likely improve.
I had a very unpleasant ordering experience, delivery took over a month. Customer support refuses to tell me when the delivery will be, just keep waiting. After I had to argue and they finally sent the package, they immediately wrote, "We will not be providing any further information on this matter." In other words, they're no longer responding and won't explain why customer support is so ineffective.And this is the boss's response; he only intervened in the conversation after the package had been sent and simply said that he didn't understand what the problem was: "Unfortunately, I cannot understand where a colleague may have made fun of your request. In our last email, we informed you that your order had already been shipped."
Lying about delay times. First they said 10 to 12 days then added 10 on top of that then another 10... Making it to 30 which is BARELY legal. The support doesn't say much except that it's because of the black week and Christmas.... WHICH WAS 1 MONTH AGO. Yet there was no information about it when I purchased the computer on 09.01. If they were that swamped for so long why isn't there any information about it on the website or before purchase.On top of that you have to send multiples e-mail for them to give you even a tiny bit of info. They won't reach out to you on their own to inform you of the change in the delay time which is very unprofessional.As of this day I don't have the computer yet. And they are telling me it will arrive on 09.02 just to meet the LEGAL shipment delay. There is no guarantee that I will get it even one month after.If you were planning on buying anything from them, don't. Except if you have more than a month available.I don't. Especially for the price paid.I recommend you to flee as far as you can and buy from real professional and honest peoples.
Ordered a PC in December, waited 5 weeks with no shipment. Support only gave vague answers and closed the chat when I asked for a delivery date. Had to open a PayPal dispute to protect my money and got refunded. Cheap prices, but unreliable delivery and poor communication. I recommend choosing a more dependable builder. Was said your order will be shipped in 11-15 work days. I contacted them 3 more times, the first time they said again 11-12 days or something and at the end of December I sent an email again, they said 5-8 work days. A week later i sent an email again and asked how long it will take since its crazy to wait that long, the email i got back said 5 more days or a bit longer and they I just contacted PayPal to have my money protected and mentioned that I don't want a refund but my PC and the estimated delivery date, which i never got. I even opened a support chat and after asking the question about the estimated delivery date they instantly closed it and I never heard back from them. It is 06.01.2026 and I got my money refunded. Wasted time, really bad customer service
I read the reviews regarding poor customer service and I thought some customers were unlucky.I have worked in Germany and my experience is that Germans have a 'can do attitude'.Not at this company.PC hasn't started properly since I unboxed it.I have to do a hard reset everytime.I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service and regret ever purchasing this PC.DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE (Following the Owner's Response):Do not be fooled by this standard "PR" apology. While CSL sounds empathetic here to reassure future customers, their private handling of this case revealed their true colors.Here are the facts they are trying to smooth over:1) Zero Proactivity: They NEVER reached out to warn about the delay. I had to send multiple emails and threaten legal action (ECC report) just to get a human response.2) Broken Promises & Robtotic Support: Before shipping, they kept pushing back the deadline week after week using copy-paste scripts, leaving me in the dark while holding my money.3) The Hypocrisy: They admit here that the delay was significant and illegal (35 days vs 10), yet when I asked for a fair resolution (50€ refund on a 2000€ order), they stubbornly refused, hiding behind "internal guidelines" to cap the compensation at an insulting 20€.Conclusion: They admit the failure publicly to save their image, but refuse to assume the consequences privately.My warning stands: Great hardware, but a service that is DISORGANIZED, NON-TRANSPARENT, and CHEAP.-----ORIGINAL REVIEW :Ordered a high-end PC (2000€) for Black Friday.😇 The Promise: Delivery in 10 working days.😈 The Reality: Delivered after 35 days.They missed Christmas completely.Why you should AVOID them:⚠️ Illegal Delays:They knowingly breached the EU legal delivery limit of 30 days.👻 Zero Proactivity:They NEVER contacted me to warn about delays. I had to chase them for weeks and force them to ship by threatening to report them to the ECC (European Consumer Centre). Without threats, I would still be waiting.🤡 The Insult:They held my 2000€ for a month, ruined the holidays, and hid behind "internal guidelines" to offer a pathetic 20€ compensation (1% of the price).Conclusion:The assembly is good, but their logistics and management are catastrophic.Do not buy here unless you enjoy fighting for your order and being treated with contempt.RUN AWAY.
