I purchased a PC from CSL Computer, but after taking the time to read customer reviews, I decided to cancel my order. The cancellation has been communicated, however I am still waiting for the refund to be transferred back to my account.That said, I want to be fair. Their customer service has been responsive, and they reply relatively quickly to emails. Communication has been clear and active, which I do appreciate.For now, I hold the company in high regard and assume that the refund process will be completed correctly and as soon as possible. Once the refund has been finalized, my overall experience will likely improve.
