While CSL sounds empathetic here to reassure future customers, their private handling of this case revealed their true colors.Here are the facts they are trying to smooth over:1) Zero Proactivity: They NEVER reached out to warn about the delay. I had to send multiple emails and threaten legal action (ECC report) just to get a human response.2) Broken Promises & Robtotic Support: Before shipping, they kept pushing back the deadline week after week using copy-paste scripts, leaving me in the dark while holding my money.3) The Hypocrisy: They admit here that the delay was significant and illegal (35 days vs 10), yet when I asked for a fair resolution (50€ refund on a 2000€ order), they stubbornly refused, hiding behind "internal guidelines" to cap the compensation at an insulting 20€.Conclusion: They admit the failure publicly to save their image, but refuse to assume the consequences privately.My warning stands: Great hardware, but a service that is DISORGANIZED, NON-TRANSPARENT, and CHEAP.-----ORIGINAL REVIEW :Ordered a high-end PC (2000€) for Black Friday.😇 The Promise: Delivery in 10 working days.😈 The Reality: Delivered after 35 days.They missed Christmas completely.Why you should AVOID them:⚠️ Illegal Delays:They knowingly breached the EU legal delivery limit of 30 days.👻 Zero Proactivity:They NEVER contacted me to warn about delays.
