On 17/12/25, I placed an order for a mobile device. I was informed that delivery would be between 29/12/25 and 9/1/26. I have tried to get in touch with the company about the email they sent regarding the phone, but they haven't provided any tracking number. As of now, I still haven't received any tracking information. The customer support experience has been a nightmare.
