GSmobile send me fake parcel. Instead expensive earphones which I order I got some rubbish in parcel. Customer service is ignorants. Disaster service. Not recommend to buy anything from them.
On 17/12/25, I placed an order for a mobile device. I was informed delivery would happen between 29/12/25 and 9/1/26. I've been trying to contact the company regarding their email about the device, but they haven’t provided any tracking information. To this day, I still haven’t received any tracking details. The customer support experience has been extremely frustrating.

I bought a mobile device from this service. I love everything about the phone, but the one I received was faulty; I could only hear callers through headphones or loudspeaker, and the FM radio didn't work. After endless emails with little progress, I sent the phone back twice for repairs, but it returned weeks later without any fixes. I feel they expected me to give up. I'm currently waiting for details to return it again and seek a refund. Terrible customer service; completely untrustworthy in this case. I just need a functioning device.
Unsatisfactory service – feels like a scam. I purchased four mobile phones a week ago. Payment was taken immediately, but the items haven't been dispatched, and no tracking information has been provided. I've tried to contact the company multiple times via email and chat, but received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises concerns about their legitimacy. I'm considering filing a formal complaint to check if this company operates legally. I strongly advise future customers to think carefully before making a purchase. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered an item from the website at the beginning of December, listed as "in stock." The product was cheaper than competitors. After purchasing, I got an email saying the order was "in progress." A week later, I received a cancellation email stating the item was "not in stock," despite it still being listed at a higher price. This cancellation was very frustrating, and I was fortunate to find the product elsewhere. I won't be using this service again and do not recommend it.
Five stars for brand new phones at much lower prices than anywhere else. I've been purchasing from this service for a new phone every few years, and it's always perfect! Just bought a new device at an incredible price and it's fantastic! Thank you! Happy new year!
