They engage in deceptive practices. After products arrive at their warehouse, they impose inexplicable extra fees for shipping. Shipping to their warehouse cost me $42, but when I wanted to send items to another location in China, they demanded $96. They processed the shipping order and charged me without clear explanations. I attempted to cancel the order and do it manually, which cost me $106, but they then added an additional $48 without justification. They refused to ship unless I paid the extra fee. Now, my shipment is with them, and I refuse to pay any further. They are untrustworthy.
