"I am writing this review because I have been ignored by CSSBuy support for over a month.
My order (O260209558544) has been stuck in 'Ordered' status for weeks, the seller has not shipped, and every time I try to contact the agent or open a ticket, I get no real help or no response at all.
I paid via PIX, and I want my money ($5.52) refunded to my wallet immediately so I can withdraw it. I am no longer interested in the item due to this terrible experience.

Good agent with quality pictures and customer service. However, once they have your product, the shipping fees can be outrageous. They often claim packages exceed volumetric weight for any order, leading to unnecessary splits and additional charges. Service fees are becoming excessive. I may not use them again.
They engage in deceptive practices. After products arrive at their warehouse, they impose inexplicable extra fees for shipping. Shipping to their warehouse cost me $42, but when I wanted to send items to another location in China, they demanded $96. They processed the shipping order and charged me without clear explanations. I attempted to cancel the order and do it manually, which cost me $106, but they then added an additional $48 without justification. They refused to ship unless I paid the extra fee. Now, my shipment is with them, and I refuse to pay any further. They are untrustworthy.
