This was ordered as an anniversary gift! The process was simple. Shipping was quicker than expected coming to Canada. The look and quality of the canvas was fantastic. The only small issue was there was a tiny scratch at the top front of the canvas, likely from packaging that went unnoticed. I quickly contacted customer service, sent a picture and they reshipped a replacement. No issues what so ever! Lily was so helpful in customer service. The emails replies were prompt and always wanting to make sure we were happy. The replacement arrived and it is gorgeous! This will make for a wonderful gift for the couple!
