The site says they are based in Australia however the so called tracking system that i can never access is in China.
I ordered a Canvas almost 3 months ago.
I got a message to say it had arrived 6 weeks later which is false as I still haven't received it.
After i constantly email them about its whereabouts they keep giving me different excuses like its on its way or it has been delivered or its been held up somewhere.
I have now emailed for a refund twice and twice now they have have ignored the question of refund instead saying the will message back with information on its whereabouts.
Absolute scam of a place.
I would stay away from odering anything from this place.
