For my first order, I was ready to leave a good review, but after my second order, I can only give a one-star rating or lower, despite having recommended this company to others. They advertised a buy one get one free offer; I received the paid order, but the free print kit never arrived. I've contacted customer service via email at least six times, receiving only a short reply stating, 'it was delivered,' which I have disputed repeatedly. I have no reason to seek a free print of the same image. I love painting since retiring, but future orders will not be from this untrustworthy company.
