My first order went smoothly, but the second was a major disappointment, especially since I had recommended this company to others. They advertised a buy one get one free offer, and while I received the paid order, the free print kit never arrived. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but only received a brief reply stating, 'it was delivered,' which I’ve contested. I have no reason to seek a free print of the same image. Painting has been a joy for me since retirement, and while I plan to continue ordering, it won't be from this unreliable business.

I ordered a canvas from this company, and it took two weeks to arrive. The canvas had incorrect information, and it came in a soaking wet box, looking cheap and poorly made. I plan to contact my bank for a refund. I've reached out to the company but received no response. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
The canvas arrived as expected and looks just like it did on the website, which I appreciate. However, there was some damage during shipping. I recommend better packaging to avoid such issues. Thankfully, this was resolved quickly, and the customer service team processed my refund efficiently.
Extremely disappointed. It took five weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked like it had been damaged badly. The frame was broken at all corners, and part of the canvas was torn. It was supposed to be a special gift for our 20th anniversary, but it turned out to be a disaster.
We are very happy with our canvas, which we have displayed in our primary bedroom. However, I would like to point out a few things: the measurements are in centimeters rather than inches, which should be clearer in the advertisement; while the company appears to be based in Australia, the canvas is made in China; and although the production time is reasonable at 7-14 business days, shipping takes at least six weeks. Order well in advance if you can. Rating would have been five stars if not for the lengthy delivery time.
Whatever you do, do not order from this website. It is a scam. They have informed me via email that my tracking number is in transit, but I've been told it is stuck in Los Angeles. I’m now waiting for them to come up with another excuse. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, but that's not the point. I found the same product on other sites for a fraction of the price. Be cautious!
