I received a reminder email stating that after three months, "you will need to re-enroll and a fee will apply." The email does not clearly specify that this fee entails paying the full course fee again. Terms like "the full course fee will apply" or "you will need to repurchase the course" are absent, leaving the message unclear for students. When I contacted customer service for clarification, they showed no willingness to recognize the email's ambiguity or to resolve the issue fairly. The response felt rigid and dismissive instead of supportive. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the overall treatment I received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this course provider and strongly suggest considering a more affordable option elsewhere.
