Unclear communication and unsatisfactory support

I received a reminder email stating that after three months, "you will need to re-enroll and a fee will apply." The email does not clearly indicate that this fee requires paying the full course amount again. Phrases like "the full course fee will apply" or "you will need to repurchase the course" are missing, resulting in an ambiguous message for students. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, there was no acknowledgment of the email's lack of clarity or any intention to address the issue fairly. The response felt inflexible and dismissive rather than helpful. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the overall treatment I received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this course provider and advise seeking a more affordable alternative from another authorized training provider.

Great and accessible course

Great and accessible course. Can get it done in less than 6 hours. They respond really quickly, most of my quizzes and assignments were responded to within minutes/hours. Then got my certificate less than 12 hours after my completion.

on line course RSA

I did the on line course, which is a great option as you can pace it yourself. You have time to take notes properly and stop if you need a break. I don’t love the video part, if you watch it again, it’s never good enough…in person you don’t have that option. Overall a positive experience.
