The food safety supervision course was tedious but worth it. It took me 2 weeks to accomplish everything (read the modules, answer quizzes, do the practical assessment). The assessors were very efficient (quick to check my answers to the quizzes/assessment). I received my online certificate a couple of hours after I submitted my practical assessment. I also received a hard copy of my NSW blue-orange food safety supervision certificate in the mail. I highly recommend this RTO!
