I received a reminder email stating that after three months, "you will need to re-enroll and a fee will apply." The email does not clearly indicate that this fee requires paying the full course amount again. Phrases like "the full course fee will apply" or "you will need to repurchase the course" are missing, resulting in an ambiguous message for students. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, there was no acknowledgment of the email's lack of clarity or any intention to address the issue fairly. The response felt inflexible and dismissive rather than helpful. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the overall treatment I received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this course provider and advise seeking a more affordable alternative from another authorized training provider.
