Took nearly $300 from me. I won a specific lot, was charged immediately, and then the company completely ignored me—no items, no money back, no responses, and no refunds or explanations. It's unbelievable; I've never experienced a company that would just steal and not address the issue! It's outrageous, avoid any location in Arizona. The corporate team was unhelpful and couldn't get the representatives to respond or resolve anything. Just terrible service, I hope they face consequences!
