Interestingly, my team and I have also found the representative to be quite rude. I advise against doing business with this service. I've encountered three very negative customer experiences with them. They seem indifferent to customer needs, displaying rudeness and a lack of professionalism.
Took nearly $300 from me. I won a specific lot, was charged right away, and then the company completely ignored me—no items, no money back, no responses, and no refunds or explanations. It's unbelievable; I've never experienced a company that would just steal and not address the issue! It's outrageous, avoid any location in Arizona. The corporate team was unhelpful and couldn't get the representatives to respond or resolve anything. Just terrible service, I hope they face consequences!
I won a bid for some ornaments. I bid $32 for them, then unexpectedly paid $12 for an additional ornament I didn't bid on! I also incurred an extra 18% fee for the seller's charge. Now I'm up to $51. I asked about shipping costs, and they said it would be charged separately by an outside vendor, totaling $57 in shipping fees. Their excuse was that postage costs have increased. In total, I ended up paying over $90 for a $32 winning bid. This place is terrible and I feel cheated.

I've waited nearly a month for my items. I live in Illinois, and the auction was in Indiana. I contacted the main office and finally received an invoice for shipping, but the items still haven't shipped. By the time they arrive, it will be over a month. I called the franchisee, who promised to return my call but never did. The customer service has been terrible.

The item was clearly misrepresented. If they had accurately described it, it wouldn't have received any bids, let alone reach $150. I don’t think it was intentional, but they were completely unwilling to assist. Now I have a $150 ice auger instead of what I thought was a post hole digger. I couldn’t even give it away if I tried.
I have spent over $15,000 on their auctions in the past year. After my ID was stolen, I had to get new credit cards. I called to manually pay for my remaining items, but since I couldn't update my credit card online, they banned me from bidding. I’ve called multiple times for a resolution, but no one responds. If you want to bid online, I recommend finding a more reliable site.
I was excited to find this auction site after a friend's recommendation. I won a lovely dining table, paid in full, and arranged my own transport. My account showed no outstanding balance.
