I've made many purchases from various franchises over the years and was always happy. However, my last experience was a disaster. I spent over $500 on items and authorized a shipping and handling fee. After trying to pay, I received no response for days, but eventually got a receipt for paid shipping. Now I’m being contacted for another shipping fee. I'm frustrated by the lack of support and the excessive shipping costs. I won't be buying from this franchise again.
