I was excited to find this auction site after a friend's recommendation. I won a lovely dining table, paid in full, and arranged my own transport. My account showed no outstanding balance. However, when I tried to bid again weeks later, I was told I was suspended due to an unpaid invoice that I couldn't see. I’m willing to pay if it's legitimate, but the lack of communication is frustrating. I hope they improve their responsiveness.
