I have been into the London road , Glasgow branch on a couple of occasions to pick up some tiles and bags of adhesive on behalf of my sister, and the staff , especially Lorraine and Rick who both have been absolutely 1st class and very helpful and their excellent customer service attitude, from collecting to even placing the items on a trolley and taking it out to the car and loading it into the car with no fuss at all..Great helpful staff and a credit to their company..
