The representative was incredibly helpful in holding the last packs for me while I arranged a courier, as well as ensuring safe packaging and facilitating the shipping. Great communication and customer service throughout. Although the order was of small value for the company, it saved me from re-tiling the entire bathroom, which was a huge help. Truly above and beyond.
