My mother, aged 73 and living alone with COPD, had a new boiler installed by this company in December. On January 4th, the heating stopped working. I contacted the service team for assistance, and as of January 7th, no one has come to fix it. This is absolutely appalling, leaving elderly individuals without heating for such a long time, especially in this weather.
