Caution - the communication and customer service from this company regarding the ECO 4 scheme has been appalling. I have experienced multiple surveys and visits over the past year, made numerous phone calls, and sent many emails, yet have received minimal responses. Today, I finally managed to speak with someone, only to be informed that funding for solid wall properties like mine has already been withdrawn under the ECO4 scheme! I am extremely upset! I remained with this company after being assured that work would commence soon, but now it’s too late, and I have missed out on crucial work that could have addressed my health issues. Terrible service!
My mother, aged 73 and living alone with COPD, had a new boiler installed by this company in December. On January 4th, the heating stopped working. I contacted the service team for assistance, and as of January 7th, no one has come to fix it. This is absolutely appalling, leaving elderly individuals without heating for such a long time, especially in this weather.
Today, I had loft insulation installed through an ECO4 grant due to a medical condition. The team was fantastic; they explained everything before starting, were very accommodating, and left no mess behind. Truly nice individuals. Thank you for the excellent service!

I strongly advise against using this company, whether for emergency schemes or general public services. It's difficult to reach them through their communication channels, customer service is lacking, and the process for filing complaints is confusing and ineffective. Staff behavior, particularly from the management team, is unprofessional. They fail to send engineers to resolve issues after work has been done, which is baffling.
There has been no communication about the ECO4 grant. After multiple assessments, I was led to believe that the process would proceed. Despite confirming eligibility, eight months later I was told they couldn't find the 'right price.' Now, with winter approaching, we are stuck with old storage heaters. The communication from the company has been dreadful.

The installation took a long time and left me with a mess. After the work was completed, I discovered a leak from the ceiling and reported it, but the company denied responsibility and refused to send anyone to inspect the issue. I may need to pursue legal action if the subcontractor cannot repair the damage.
