I've been waiting all day for my package, which I paid extra to have delivered today. Someone called me 6.30 pm to say that they were unable to deliver it. Then I received an email saying the package was not delivered because I had requested another delivery date. If you make mistakes, take responsibility rather than blame others. Shame on you.
