Mediocre service.The tracking hasn't updated in a week. The courier doesn't bother to go to the address, nor does he call the mobile number associated with the order. I went to a CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) point asking them to change the address and pick up the item at the store itself. They told me that the address change cannot be done at the counter, but only through the customer support line. After numerous calls, and requesting more and more personal information, they claim that the change takes about 24 hours to take effect, and they are not sure if the request reaches the Central Office. Not before hanging up, they push the purchase of new CTT products.Everything remains the same and I fall on deaf ears.It's just another case to add to others, it remains to be seen when the company or the couriers will take responsibility for the damage caused.
