Normal 'portuguese' service: they'll make you wait, will give you false\incorrect or no information and at the end result will be minus zero. If you won't get your parcel - totally fine, if your sender won't get parcel back - perfectly normal, they don't give a sh.t bcs you can't do anything. Try to avoid at all costs. Which is hard because they are a monopolists.
