My package has been accidentally redirected through UK which landed it in customs with CTT.I couldn't pay for the customs because CTT's online process of payments is essentially broken. The support is a joke, don't expect them to help. As a result, the process has expired. The package has been kept hostage for 2 months now. When trying to contact CTT asking to return it, I get dismissive messages back saying that "there is no deadline". I consider the package to be basically gone by now. It's impossible extract any help from CTT, they don't care at all. Worst experience ever. If you're ordering anything from abroad, try to redirect it through Spain or any other European country so it doesn't en up in the hands of CTT.Again, avoid them like fire.
