I ordered a bed, mattress, and canopy from Cubbly Beds. The delivery was late, and when it finally arrived, only the bed and mattress were delivered – the canopy was missing.Since then I’ve spent hours trying to contact customer services. Every time I call, I get put through to an “overflow team” who can only take my details. Despite repeated attempts via phone and email, nobody from customer services has ever responded to me.The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. I expected much better service. At this point, I’m still out of pocket and without the full order.Response to Cubbly’s reply – 30/09I am sorry to hear about the bereavement in your family business, and I do sympathise. However, this should not have meant cutting off communication with your customers entirely.The credit card chargeback was only initiated after countless unanswered attempts to reach you via chat, email, and phone. Thankfully, because I paid by credit card, I was able to recover my money.Even now, after being told that customer service is “fully operational,” I called again and (unsurprisingly) was once more put through to the overflow team who can only take a message.This company has been a complete disappointment. Avoid at all costs!!
